Job summary

Phillips 66 is hiring a Sr Advisor, Functional Analyst, HR to own and support the HR technology landscape. You will work with HR product owners, vendors, and technical teams to translate needs into practical HRIT solutions and ensure stability and ongoing improvement.

You will triage requests, document requirements, and support end-to-end solution design, testing, and deployment while maintaining rigorous documentation and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a functional analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
• Experience supporting HR applications such as WorkForce Software, SuccessFactors, or SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional ownership and support for Phillips 66's HR technology landscape.
• Serve as liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams to clarify business processes and define enhancements.
• Coordinate resolution of incidents, defects, and enhancements with vendors and internal teams.
• Support functional testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliveries.
• Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, configurations, and test results.
