Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting complex HR/workforce management tech solutions.
• Experience with Workbrain or Kronos in a global environment.
• Experience in production support, enhancements, testing, and release management.
• Experience with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Workbrain and Kronos.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive timely resolution.
• Support run operations by monitoring processes and validating data.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Deliver system enhancements and process optimizations.
• Coordinate release upgrades and perform testing and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system changes and releases.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver fixes and upgrades.
