Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in SAP HCM and Kronos Leave/Accumulations.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
• Experience extracting and analyzing data for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Project management experience, including leading phases of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in HR‑related meetings to gather requirements and define system enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP HR data framework (HRIS) including updates, testing, instruction, and configuration.
• Act as a liaison with the Data Systems division and external providers to resolve system‑related issues.
• Design, develop, and implement code and integrations for SAP and Kronos across various benefits plans, including Time Benefits, FMLA, and State leave regulations.
• Conduct unit & system testing, create test plans, troubleshoot defects, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Backup monthly billing for Life, Discretionary Life, and Long‑Term Disability plans.
• Manage EEO‑1 reporting, annual reviews, and other HR compliance reporting.
• Lead organizational restructuring activities such as new department set‑ups, position transfers, and EEO classification updates.
• Stay current on regulatory changes affecting benefits and HR policies and provide guidance on compliance.
• Assist in drafting job requisition records for accommodations and provide benefit communication to employees.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on a case‑by‑case basis for AgBenefits, Time, HR, and Legal functions.
• Occasionally work weekends on an as‑needed basis.
