Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a salaried HR Generalist to support team member relations across the Americas, with a focus on fairness, policy discipline, and employee engagement.

Based in Jackson, Tennessee, this onsite role requires 6+ years of HR generalist experience in corporate/manufacturing settings and strong English communication skills. Travel up to 25% domestically/internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR generalist experience, with strong team member relations background
• Experience in corporate and manufacturing settings
• Strong communication and discretion in handling confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide support to HR team member relations across the Americas region
• Ensure policy fairness and consistency in application of company policy
• Conduct exit interviews and discuss results with HR team
• Draft policies and procedures in collaboration with other HR staff
• Lead administration of benefits programs and assist in leave administration
