Signature Aviation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer HR Systems to join our Digital & Application Engineering team. You will design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable HR solutions across Oracle, UKG, and ServiceNow integrations.

You will lead API design (REST/GraphQL), cloud-native deployments on Azure, and large-scale enterprise integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems. Mentorship and coding excellence are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, test, and deploy HR Systems software.
• Architect RESTful and GraphQL APIs for scalability.
• Lead integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM, Strapi, and Azure Service Bus.
• Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews.
• Drive modernization and cloud-native initiatives.
