Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to drive administration, optimization, and strategic support for enterprise HR applications including Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, develop integrations, and write advanced SQL for cross-system operations.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, design workshops, and after-hours support to maintain high availability of production workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years of systems or project experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business systems to design end-to-end solutions and ensure data integrity.
• Provide functional design and support for PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, and integrations.
• Create requirements, test plans, and scripts; develop and manage data integrations and reports.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and develop testing scenarios.
• Lead on-call support and monitor integrations for issue resolution.
