Job summary

MyEyeDr. in Raleigh, NC seeks a Sr. Administrator, People Systems to own administration and optimization of HR technology platforms across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience administering, configuring, and optimizing HR technology, HRIS, or HR Operations systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining HR applications supporting Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or Performance Management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven ability to evaluate business requirements and translate them into scalable system configurations, process improvements, and technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in reporting, data analysis, troubleshooting, system testing, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize HR applications supporting Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management.
• Manage system workflows, business rules, permissions, security roles, templates, forms, and user access to ensure effective and secure system functionality.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and partner with IT and external vendors to resolve concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration records, process maps, and standard operating procedures to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize HR technology, automate business processes, improve data integrity, and enhance the overall associate experience.
• Lead functional testing, validation, and deployment activities for system updates, releases, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring quality, business readiness, and minimal operational disruption.
