Job summary

Seattle City Light is seeking a People and Culture Senior Systems Administrator Analyst to lead HR systems projects and improve system solutions across the HR function. The role reports to the People and Culture Systems and Analytics Manager and requires advanced knowledge of HR management practices, data integrity, and project leadership.

You will design and implement reporting dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders, train users, and ensure data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Requires three years of experience in systems, operations, procedures, research or analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, finance, computer science or related field.
• Commitment to creating fair and equitable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Project lead over HR systems and implementation projects of wide scope and duration.
• Lead system user groups in design, development, implementation and modification of systems.
• Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of controls, procedures and work flow.
• Devise efficient methods and recommend solutions to problems.
• Collaborate to ensure data and functional integrity across projects.
• Identify and implement reporting systems, dashboards, and metrics.
