Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Project lead over HR systems and related implementation projects.
• Lead system user groups in design, development, and modification of systems.
• Identify improvements and ensure data integrity across projects.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership decisions.
• Serve as main system administrator for People and Culture systems and provide user support.
