Job summary

Ventura Foods is seeking a Senior HR Business Systems Analyst in Irvine, CA, hybrid role focused on Hire to Retire processes. You will bridge business needs and technology across HR functions including core HR, payroll, benefits, and learning, coordinating with IT and vendors to ensure scalable platform solutions.

You will lead UAT and readiness activities, document requirements, and guide stakeholders through testing cycles, data governance, security, and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or business.
• 5–10 years of progressively increasing responsibility as a BSA.
• Experience with HR systems analysis and end‑to‑end HR lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting Hire to Retire processes including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance in HR systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM; Kronos and ADP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business systems analysis for Hire to Retire value stream.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to improve processes and technology.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, UAT, and issue resolution across projects.
• Mentor and train junior BSA team members and collaborate with Training teams.
• Develop training materials and plans for end users of solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet business outcomes and enterprise standards.
