Job summary

Ventura Foods seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead Order to Delivery initiatives, spanning order management, fulfillment, shipping, and delivery execution. You will partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and IT to optimize processes and data quality in Oracle Fusion ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering, or Business.
• 5–10 years of progressively increasing responsibility as a BSA.
• Equivalent business experience with process analysis and documentation.
• Experience with Order to Delivery and ERP modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Order to Delivery analysis across multiple functions.
• Coordinate testing, QA, and UAT activities for solutions.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Mentor junior BSA team members and contribute to training.
