Job summary

Ventura Foods seeks a Senior Applications Analyst Oracle HCM to lead end-to-end Fusion HCM delivery, including design, configuration, and deployment across O2C, S2P, and R2R tracks.

The role requires strong business partnerships, governance, and technical fluency with OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI to optimize the HCM platform and deliver measurable value. Hybrid work with relocation eligibility is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations, HCM focus.
• 5+ years Oracle ERP/related implementations and integrations.
• 3+ years Oracle Fusion platform functional/technical work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM delivery and design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; plan UATs and deployments.
• Document BR100, MD50, TE40 and SDLC artifacts; enforce governance.
• Monitor platform health, upgrades, licenses, and performance.
