Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Management Consulting Senior Manager to lead the HR consulting practice, win new business, and supervise consultants in the New Jersey market. You will oversee end-to-end HR engagements, develop local strategy with client leadership, and drive performance improvement across client organizations.

The role requires extensive experience in HR, strong leadership, and the ability to influence executive management. Travel up to 25% may be required as client needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of HR generalist experience including employee relations, recruitment and organizational development.
• Five+ years in a supervisory role.
• Exposure to employment and labor law.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and growth of the HR consulting practice.
• Plan, organize and develop HR consulting engagements from start to finish.
• Guide policy development, employee relations, training and recruitment strategies for clients.
• Coach and mentor consulting staff and client teams; manage client relationships.
• Deliver strategic HR consulting and oversee core HR processes across client areas.
