Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks a Consulting professional in Management Consulting HCM to partner with middle and line management, delivering comprehensive HR advisory services and addressing HRIS, policies, compliance, benefits, training and recruitment coordination for client organizations.

The role emphasizes guidance, reporting, and issue resolution across HR functions, with a focus on delivering high-quality client service and adherence to HR practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of human resources or related generalist experience, including employee relations consulting.
• Experience with employment and labor law.
• PHR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guides clients through HR procedures from start to finish.
• Supports project plans on engagements from analysis through implementation.
• Assists with benefits processes and ensures clients understand benefits.
• Manages employee issues including performance, conflict, and risk.
• Runs reports to analyze data and identify trends for clients.
