Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee org design, workforce planning, and restructuring; support M&A integration.
• Partner with leaders and ER/Compliance on complex employee matters and risk.
• Mentor HR team members and manage workload for consistent delivery.

• Collaborate with HR COEs to ensure compliant, data-driven HR practices.
