Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Employee Relations experience.
• Ability to communicate ideas and data persuasively.
• Strong coaching and conflict resolution; ability to have difficult conversations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused.
• Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and work with employees at all levels.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and SME to employees; mitigate business risk.
• Address and resolve complex employee relations matters; conduct investigations.
• Coach managers to drive performance and address under-performance.
• Provide guidance on HR processes, programs, policies, and tools to employees and managers.
• Support leaders in navigating sensitive employee relations matters; performance management and terminations when needed.
• Escalate matters to correct partners for seamless handoff and great customer experience.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure delivery of a positive employee experience and service excellence.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to share information and influence change.
• Share best practices and collaborate on solutions to complex situations.
• Analyze trends with HR to develop policies and programs.
• Partner with HR team on projects as needed.
