Job summary

Sentinel Power Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior People Performance Business Partner to lead HR strategy and execution across a multi-site region.

You will translate business priorities into people strategies, overseeing workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent, performance, employee relations, retention, and change. This role partners with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to deliver enterprise practices while addressing local needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 8-10+ years HR leadership.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) strongly preferred.
• Experience mentoring or managing HR professionals and leading org design or M&A initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and execution across a designated territory and multiple sites.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute long- and short-term people strategies.
• Oversee org design, workforce planning, and restructuring initiatives including M&A integration.
• Mentor and coach HR team members within the region.
• Drive performance management and talent calibration aligned with enterprise practices.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations & Compliance to manage sensitive employee matters.
