Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) invites an experienced Human Resources Strategic Partner to advise organizational leaders and translate business priorities into effective people strategies. You will partner with HR COEs and service delivery teams to deliver integrated workforce solutions in a dynamic environment.

The role requires analytical thinking, proactive partnership, and the ability to move from strategy to execution while supporting leaders across the lab.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years HR experience incl. HR Business Partner or similar.
• Minimum 5+ years HR experience incl. HR Business Partner or similar if MS/MA is held.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with leaders by understanding their business, workforce, priorities and challenges.
• Advise and coach leaders on complex people and organizational matters with sound judgment.
• Lead talent and workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
