Coupang is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner in Seattle to work directly with business leaders, aligning talent and organizational growth with strategic goals. You will coach executives, shape people programs, and proactively address people-related issues across all levels.

You will partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and retention strategies, while maintaining a healthy, productive work environment and strong business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in tech or matrixed units.
• Ability to translate business strategies into actionable people programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience coaching stakeholders from frontline to senior leaders.
• Proactive problem solving and agility to anticipate organizational issues.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligned with long-term goals.
• Assess structures, skills gaps, and team dynamics to build high-performing teams.
• Coach executives on leadership, engagement, change, and talent planning.
• Monitor team climate, mitigate risks, and resolve complex people issues.
