Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership support.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into talent and organization strategies.
• Experience designing organization structures and operating models.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management.
• Executive presence and ability to influence across levels.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, concise communication with data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Turn business priorities into integrated talent and workforce strategies.
• Advise senior leaders with data, insights and recommendations on talent risks.
• Lead organization design and operating model work.
• Guide strategic workforce planning including capability planning and succession.
• Build and lead change strategies to adopt new ways of working.
• Shape talent strategies to strengthen attraction, development, retention and leadership pipelines.
• Coach leaders on talent decisions and engagement.
• Partner across HR to deliver connected solutions in performance, learning, compensation, leadership development, talent review, and succession planning.
• Use feedback and data to strengthen culture, collaboration, productivity, and retention.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations.
