Job summary

The Cigna Group is hiring a Human Resources Senior Advisor for CHC Underwriting in a hybrid role spanning Bloomfield, Philadelphia, Scottsdale, and other key hubs. You will partner with senior leaders to shape talent, workforce, and organization design initiatives that drive enterprise performance and transformation.

You will leverage data, market insights, and practical recommendations to address talent risks, lead change, and develop leadership pipelines.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner work with senior leaders.
Experience designing or implementing organization structures, operating models, and talent strategies.
Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Turn business priorities into integrated talent and workforce strategies.
Advise senior leaders with data and market insights on talent risks and opportunities.
Lead organization design and operating model work to clarify accountability.
Guide strategic workforce planning, including succession and future-state design.
Build change strategies and leadership pipelines; align HR solutions with business needs.
