Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Client Relationship Manager within Global Workplace Programs (GWP) in the United States. You will partner with business leaders to translate their needs into integrated workplace and real estate solutions across portfolio strategy, transactions, design, and facilities management.

You’ll influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations, build cross-functional partnerships, and drive long-range planning to align space with growth and workforce plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, architecture, planning, operations management, analytics, or related field.
• Experience in workplace strategy, space planning, or corporate real estate within a large, global organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Real Estate, Facilities, HR, and Finance.
• Ability to translate enterprise workforce trends into actionable workplace programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-range workplace and space planning strategies across complex portfolios.
• Serve as primary interface between Global Workplace Services and business leaders.
• Synthesize data from space utilization, headcount forecasts, and roadmaps to resolve challenges.
• Build data-driven business cases to influence capital investments.
• Establish processes enabling cross-functional teams to adapt to changes.
• Build partnerships with Real Estate, Facilities, HR, Finance for integrated solutions.
• Anticipate disruptions and develop contingency plans for continuity.
• Contribute to GWP strategy by identifying trends in design, space use, and employee experience.
