Assistance Plus in Benton, ME seeks a Senior HR Advisor to provide advanced guidance across the organization. You will independently manage complex employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy development in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role partners with the Director of HR and leaders to ensure compliant, fair employment practices, supports recruitment and compensation analysis, and leads strategic HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Plan and conduct workplace investigations.
• Draft and revise HR policies and communications.
• Support compensation reviews and job descriptions.
• Lead HR initiatives from planning to implementation.
