Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Graduate or Equivalent and seven year(s) of related work experience or 2 Year College Degree and five year(s) of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and benefits best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly payroll duties and process enrollment changes for CFD retirees.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and insurance payments; coordinate with benefit sources.
• Assist with CFD FMLA and annual benefit enrollment; support onboarding and transfers.
• Produce time reports and support Workday issues within CFD.
• Assist with recruitment, promotions, and onboarding for CFD employees.
