Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Catch Air is a larger-than-life indoor soft-play adventure park for children themed around a family. Each park features colorful murals, thematic elements, and giant play structures with slides. No arcade tickets or electronic games are present, emphasizing active play and social skills.

Job Summary

We seek a motivated and experienced HR/Recruiting Senior Specialist to ensure smooth HR and recruiting operations at Catch Air Corporate. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment skills, HR policy knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining systems, processing payroll documents, and utilizing database management and office software.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment: Collaborate with management to identify candidates, post openings, and assist in hiring decisions for stores and corporate roles.
  2. Performance Evaluation: Support development and monitoring of employee performance processes; guide managers on improvement plans.
  3. Employment Process: Manage recruitment lifecycle, conduct background/reference checks, ensure legal compliance, and maintain employee records.
  4. Policies and Procedures: Assist in developing and communicating HR policies; address employee inquiries.
  5. Employee Relations: Serve as a contact for employee concerns, promote a positive culture, resolve conflicts, and conduct exit interviews for feedback.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of recruitment and HR administration experience, especially in high-volume hiring.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (Paycor) and Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Availability for 40+ hours weekly, up to 15% travel, and weekend work as needed.
  • Must report to the corporate office; this is not a remote position.
