Job description

Overview

The Senior HR Solutions Partner plays a key role in helping business leaders navigate complex employee relations matters, strengthen workforce practices, and achieve organizational objectives through effective human resources solutions. In this position, you will provide expert guidance on sensitive workplace issues, employment regulations, performance management, investigations, and HR policies. You will collaborate with leaders and employees across multiple business functions, delivering practical, consistent, and risk-aware solutions in a dynamic shared services environment. The role requires a strong combination of HR expertise, business judgment, consulting skills, and the ability to manage complex cases independently. You will also contribute to improving HR service delivery by leveraging technology, automation, artificial intelligence, and self-service tools. Through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, you will help enhance operational efficiency, employee experience, and business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys solving challenging people issues, influencing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in a technology-enabled organization.

Accountabilities
  • Provide strategic HR consulting and guidance to business leaders and employees, helping address complex, sensitive, and high-impact workplace issues.
  • Lead and support employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, performance management concerns, corrective action, and other employment-related challenges.
  • Advise leaders on employment laws, HR policies, regulatory requirements, and consistent application of organizational practices to reduce risk and support compliance.
  • Support workforce-related decisions and processes, including hiring practices, workforce reductions, policy administration, onboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Strategic HR, Legal, Compliance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Training, and other HR functions to develop effective solutions.
  • Exercise independent judgment when assessing moderately complex to highly complex HR matters, determining appropriate approaches, and recommending practical, risk-based actions.
  • Manage an assigned caseload in accordance with established service standards and industry best practices, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and consistent case resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of investigations, employee relations cases, recommendations, and decisions to support transparency, compliance, and organizational accountability.
  • Operate effectively within a shared services model, supporting multiple business units and coordinating HR services through technology-enabled processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to use automation, artificial intelligence, self-service platforms, and data-driven insights to improve HR efficiency and employee experience.
  • Navigate HR information systems and service management tools to manage cases, access relevant information, analyze issues, and deliver accurate, timely support.
  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify recurring workforce challenges, recommend process improvements, and strengthen HR service delivery.
  • Communicate HR guidance, policy interpretations, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, operational consistency, and the effectiveness of HR practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of applied human resources experience across multiple HR functions.
  • At least 2 years of experience with employment laws and regulations, supported by strong experience conducting workplace investigations.
  • Experience using Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable human resources information systems (HRIS) and service support platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including the ability to prepare documentation, analyze information, and communicate recommendations effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, HR policies, corrective action, employment practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion, sound judgment, objectivity, and an understanding of employment-related risks.
  • Excellent consulting, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise business leaders across organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, including the ability to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities independently.
  • Strong technical and digital capabilities, with the ability to navigate multiple systems, synthesize information, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, shared services environment while managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and consistent application of HR policies.
Preferred Qualifications
