Job summary

IT Veterans LLC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) HR Specialist to support Task Force Raptor at WHCA in the Washington, D.C. area.

The role focuses on personnel management, onboarding, offboarding, and readiness reporting for a multi-component workforce including military, civilian, and contractor staff. The SME HR Specialist will collaborate with security, knowledge management, government staff, and ITV HR/recruiting to maintain staffing alignment with the modernization schedule and

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years HR experience; master's is preferred.
PMP certification and project staffing experience are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the Task Force Raptor manning document with positions, clearances, and timelines.
Publish recurring staffing status reports to Task Force leadership.
Coordinate onboarding, including clearance timelines, workspace needs, and badging.
Track personnel from offer to full mission capability and readiness.
Manage offboarding, backfill planning, and access termination coordination.
Develop readiness reports on fill rates, time-to-fill, and workforce metrics.
Identify staffing risks and coordinate mitigation with leadership.
Interface between Task Force leadership and ITV HR/recruiting for staffing actions.
Coordinate personnel matters with parent commands and WHCA staff as directed.
