Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Personnel Security Manager to lead the Task Force Raptor security program, protecting the information environment across TS/SCI and SAP compartments. The role is based in the National Capital Region and will be onsite within the United States.

You will develop goals and SOPs, coordinate with WHCA security leadership and government officers, handle clearance actions, and ensure continuous vetting and incident reporting to support a high-consequence

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance is required and eligibility for SAP access.
12+ years of progressive DoD/IC security experience, including 5+ years managing a personnel security program for SCI/SAP.
Experience as an SSO, CSSO, CPSO, or program security manager for TS/SCI with SAP involvement.

Responsibilities

Manage the Task Force Raptor security program, including personnel security, SCI and SAP access administration, and compliance.
Process and track clearance actions, nominations, and reinvestigations across systems (DISS/NBIS/NISS).
Draft and maintain the program security SOP and coordinate with security leadership and government officers.
Coordinate SAP implementation support to meet DoD/DoDM requirements before and during execution.
Oversee continuous vetting and reporting obligations and manage insider threat processes.
