Job summary

IT Veterans is seeking a Subject Matter Expert HR Specialist to support Task Force Raptor at the White House Communications Agency in the Washington, D.C. area.

The SME HR Specialist will lead personnel management, manning, onboarding and offboarding activities, and readiness reporting for a multi‑component workforce. You will maintain personnel records, coordinate with security and project leads on clearances, and brief senior leaders on staffing risks, gaps and timelines, ensuring resources

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience (manpower, personnel management).
• PMP certification.
• Experience on Joint Task Force or J1 staff.
• Experience managing personnel accountability and staffing for multi-component workforces.
• Familiarity with security onboarding processes and clearances (SCI/SAP).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Task Force Raptor manning document with positions, clearances and timelines.
• Publish recurring staffing status reports to leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding with security, project leads and government staff.
• Track personnel from offer to full mission capability and through offboarding.
• Maintain readiness reports addressing fill rates, attrition and gaps.
• Brief leadership on staffing risks and mitigation plans.
