Job summary

Unified Women’s Healthcare is a nationwide network of clinics delivering women’s health services. The HR Shared Services Representative supports the HR Support Center as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and service requests, classifying requests, providing Tier I resolution, and escalating complex issues as needed.

Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with policies, you’ll document interactions and contribute to continuous improvements in HR processes and knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in HR, customer service, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately classify inquiries and service requests for the HR Support Center and determine the level of service required.
• Provide resolution support for Tier I inquiries and own communications to ensure complete resolution.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to Senior Specialists or HR Centers of Excellence as needed.
• Ensure timely resolution by following SLAs, communication standards, and documentation expectations.
• Log and track service requests using HR service management systems and document interactions clearly.
• Deliver service excellence and identify opportunities for knowledge article improvements.
