Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR shared services experience across Benefits, Payroll, and HRIS.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing multi-country payroll and benefits operations.

Responsibilities

• Own design and optimization of global benefits programs with compliance oversight.
• Oversee payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions and acquisitions.
• Lead HRIS strategy, data integrity, and reporting for workforce planning.
• Manage vendor relationships for benefits, payroll, and HRIS and drive negotiations.
