Job summary

This hands-on position requires partnering with cross-functional teams and coaching leaders on personnel matters to sustain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR experience in employee relations and compliance.
• Experience supporting leaders and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage performance processes and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for HR questions and concerns.
• Assist with resolving employee issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
• Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the performance review process, including goal setting and feedback.
• Assist managers with performance issues and improvement plans.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration guidance.
