Job summary

Röchling Automotive is seeking a Senior Specialist HR Services to partner with leaders and employees across a broad range of HR activities. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, performance management, training, benefits, compliance, and HR process improvement.

You will support managers, resolve issues, and help shape a positive work environment at our Duncan location, contributing to our growing automotive organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with HR processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for HR questions and concerns.
• Assist with resolving employee issues and investigations.
• Promote a positive work environment via engagement initiatives.
• Support performance review process, goal setting, and development planning.
• Assist managers with performance issues and improvement plans.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
• Track and evaluate effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Support administration of compensation and benefits programs and guidance on enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR reports, metrics, and data.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and practices.
• Support HR projects and cross-functional organizational development.
• Coach and guide leaders on personnel matters.
