Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Detail oriented with strong customer service abilities.
• Ability to identify, quantify and summarize issues along with potential solutions.
• Able to direct multiple priorities, think tactically and strategically.
• Project management experience with demonstrated delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent customer service skills complemented by the ability to effectively interpret and respond to customers' issues.

Responsabilités

• Provide transactional HR support and ownership of employee and organizational changes.
• Hand off escalations and handle complex, multi-step HR transactions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to resolve employee issues and improve service delivery.
• Own and support annual and ongoing processes with HRBP, Talent COE and stakeholders.
• Assist HR Technology on evaluating system changes and debugging.
