Senior Analyst - Primary Duties & Accountabilities

• Provide coaching and mentorship to peers, business leaders, and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to resolve employee and operational issues, when needed.
• Identify areas for improvement of service delivery and efficiency of operations with a focus on customer service excellence
• Conduct routine data and system audits.
• Provide innovative solutions to process improvement.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Required

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Senior Analyst - Minimum Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field and 4+ years of strong HR operations experience, in lieu of degree 6 years of strong HR operations experience
• Detail oriented with strong customer service abilities
• Ability to identify, quantify and summarize issues along with potential solutions.
• Able to direct multiple priorities, think tactically and strategically, demonstrate objectivity, be results-oriented, and show initiative and creativity
• Project management experience with demonstrated delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent customer service skills complimented by an ability to effectively interpret and respond to customers' issues
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools

Analyst - Minimum Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Human Resources preferred, or related work experience that includes, but not limited to, HR practices and process improvement.
• Strong customer service skills, specifically an ability to listen and observe.
• Ability to organize and deliver ongoing operational work.
• Attention to detail in time critical, service- oriented technical environment.
• Demonstrated behavior of accountability.
• Ability to identify, quantify and summarize issues along with potential solutions.
• Excel (particularly formulas, functions and pivot tables), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint experience.
• Knowledge of business (Energy Services or Corporate-type background is helpful).

Senior Analyst - Preferred Qualifications

Analyst - Preferred Qualifications
