Responsibilities

• Provide technical, analytical, and administrative support on divisional issues; research and make recommendations.
• Investigate and manage liability and workers’ compensation claims within guidelines.
• Plan, develop, implement, and maintain self-insurance and safety programs.
• Assist in budgeting, cost estimates, and contract negotiations with vendors.
• Prepare and present staff reports to City leadership and agencies; organize materials for public meetings.
• Develop and implement HR and risk management programs and benefits enhancements.
