Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS.

Responsibilities

Classification studies and allocation of positions to existing classifications or new ones.
Prepare classification reports and assist in staff reports for approval.
Assist in developing and conducting salary surveys for market-based compensation.
Support recruitment and selection processes and materials.
Advise managers on performance management and employee relations.
Provide training on HR topics to management and staff.
Interpret policies and regulations; assist with government reports.
Represent County in unemployment hearings.
