Job summary

Zollege seeks an experienced HR & Recruiting Manager to lead our HR and recruiting teams across multiple locations. You’ll partner with senior leadership to align staffing, engage employees, and optimize HR processes.

The role focuses on candidate experience, compliance, onboarding, and retention. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential, with a track record of delivering impact in multi-site environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience across recruiting, employee relations, HR operations and compliance.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and handling competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and recruiting teams, set priorities and drive accountability.
• Partner with senior leadership on staffing and operational improvements.
• Oversee recruiting for instructors, admins, and multi-location roles.
• Guide managers on employee relations, policies, and workplace concerns.
• Oversee onboarding, HR records, benefits, and payroll processes.
• Monitor time-to-fill, turnover, onboarding effectiveness; drive improvements.
