Job summary

Zilliz in Redwood City is seeking a Lead Recruiter to own recruiting across the United States and Europe and help build the teams behind Zilliz's growth. This senior individual contributor role combines strategy and hands-on execution across Engineering, Product, GTM, and other business teams.

You will partner with leaders to define hiring priorities, build strong pipelines, and continuously improve recruiting processes. The role requires onsite presence at least three days a week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growing tech companies.
• Experience recruiting across technical and commercial roles in US/Europe.
• Proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing passive candidates in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting strategy and execution across the US and Europe.
• Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into hiring strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting with direct sourcing, referrals, and talent mapping.
• Manage external recruiting agency network and vendor performance.
