Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Eightfold) and social recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-life cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies.
• Consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, compensation, and offers.
