Qualifications

• Associates Degree (± 4 years) in HR, IT, PM, Business Administration or related field.
• Microsoft PowerPoint skills required.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, anticipate needs, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, drafting agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on action items.
• Track and monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and issues; elevate as appropriate.
• Maintain and update project management tools, trackers, and dashboards.
• Support preparation of project updates, status reports, and stakeholder presentations.
• Help drive alignment and coordination across global, cross-functional teams.
• Assist with budget management activities, including tracking expenditures, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors.
• Proactively seeks and recommends innovative ways to improve the HR portfolio processes.
