Abbott in Temecula, CA is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage planning, execution and delivery of projects in the Vascular Devices division.
You will support PMO governance, maintain standards and templates, and drive transparency across the project portfolio. A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 2+ years of PM experience is expected; a Master's is preferred.

THIS position works out of our Temecula, CA location in the Abbott Vascular Devices division. The Project Coordinator, manages the planning, execution, and implementation of company projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of new or ongoing strategic initiatives. Supports overall PMO governance by maintaining project management standards, processes, tools, and templates, while driving consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.
Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Masters Degree (± 18 years)- Preferred Experience/Background Minimum 2 years Related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area. Working technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices and procedures. General understanding of business unit/group function. Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations.; 3. (Cognitive Skills) Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Has a broad knowledge of technical alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the systems environment. The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00 In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
