Job summary

Oracle is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead multiple interrelated projects from Nashville, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. You will partner with engineering, product management, operations, and executive leadership to align program objectives with corporate strategy.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or enterprise environment.
• PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed program plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure collaboration between teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for program status and executive communication.
• Drive program reviews and ensure alignment with objectives and compliance.
• Foster continuous improvement and leverage data to improve outcomes.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Track and report program metrics, KPIs, and performance.
• Mentor and guide project managers and junior team members.
