Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in administrative support, customer service, office environment or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in Human Resources or related area.
• Associate Degree or higher in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supports Best Buy's goal of creating exceptional experiences by building relationships and providing support.
• Analyzes data to make process improvement recommendations.
• Builds cross-functional partnerships with applicants, employees and leaders.
• Coordinates planning, scheduling, data entry and reporting.
• Maintains employee files and handles payroll administration tasks.
• Assists in resolving issues brought by managers, employees or applicants.
• Provides staffing coordination and onboarding support for locations.
• Collects data for OSHA reporting and supports safety training and compliance.
• Supports Health, Wellness and Social Impact programs for locations.
• Manages high-visibility, confidential responsibilities under supervision.
