Job summary

CDW is seeking a Manager, Talent Management - Performance Management to evolve how performance is defined, measured, and accelerated across the enterprise. The role links performance strategy to year-round priorities and AI-enabled tools to enable leaders and coworkers to focus on high-impact work.

You will partner with HR Technology and regional teams to design solutions, drive adoption, and improve the overall performance experience at CDW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive experience in performance management, talent management, organizational effectiveness, HR business partnership, change management, or related HR discipline.
• 9+ years progressive experience in similar HR roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide HR or talent processes in a large, multinational company.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to drive adoption and change.
• Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging HR technology and workforce data to improve outcomes.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Global Process Owner for CDW's enterprise performance management process, including philosophy, design, governance, standards, and continuous improvement.
• Set strategic direction for goals, prioritization, measurement, and performance conversations.
• Ensure practices reinforce CDW's strategy, values, leadership expectations.
• Evaluate AI, automation, and new ways of working to shape future performance management.
• Partner with HR Technology to design and improve performance capabilities within Workday and related tools.
• Use data, adoption metrics, and stakeholder feedback to assess effectiveness and impact.
