Job summary

EchoStar Corporation in Colorado is seeking a Senior Manager to lead HR Process Improvement across Human Resources Shared Services. You will design and implement initiatives to increase efficiency, elevate employee experience, and align with EchoStar's strategic goals.

You will coach a team, manage cross-functional projects with HR, IT, Legal, and business leaders, and drive data-driven decisions, change management, and measurable improvements across HR workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years of people management experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and improvement.
• Experience supporting multiple employee types & lines of business.
• Experience with process mapping and employee journey mapping.
• Experience leading an HR team.
• Experience in entrepreneurial and established company cultures.
• Experience coaching employees at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to drive efficiency and improve HR processes.
• Document current HR processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows.
• Lead HR process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Drive change management and staff training.
• Provide regular reports to senior leadership on impact.
