Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a Senior Manager, Benefits to drive the strategic vision, design, execution, and optimization of health, welfare, time-off, and retirement programs. You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence, business partners, and executives to address complex benefit challenges.

The role requires leadership of cross-functional initiatives, oversight of vendor partnerships, strict regulatory compliance, and influence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of benefits management experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience with leadership progression.
• Experience with health and welfare programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct design and administration of benefit programs.
• Lead Open Enrollment projects and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, ERISA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements.
• Mentor team and develop employee communications.
