Job summary

Glovis EV Logistics America LLC, based in Savannah, GA, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for a full-time role in Ellabell. The position reports to the CHRO and leads the HR department, overseeing compensation, benefits, recruitment, and compliance with employment laws.

The role requires 7+ years in HR with 5+ years in management, preferably with logistics/auto industry exposure; a related Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Human Resources with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Experience in Logistics/Automotive industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers HR plans and procedures; maintains employee handbook and policies manual.
• Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Serves as Head of Section for the HR department; coordinates HR programs and functions.
• Advises management on personnel practices, policy, and employment laws.
• Oversees compensation, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and records, reports, and logs.
