GLOVIS America, Inc. is recruiting a Freight Forwarding Recruiting Supervisor to align staffing with operational goals at the Duluth, GA site. You will build recruiting pipelines, coordinate with providers, and manage staffing decisions with operations leadership.

The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and collaboration with external partners to ensure timely staffing for critical functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in HR or a related field.
• 5-8 years of direct HR or Recruiting experience.
• 1 year experience supervising a team.
• PHR/SCHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and events.
• Identify new sourcing channels and talent attraction strategies.
• Lead facility-level recruiting to meet manpower needs with operations.
• Coordinate with HQ, hiring managers, agencies and search partners.
• Monitor progress, staffing gaps, and provide updates to HR leadership.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
