Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to support Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics. You will coach executives, design talent solutions, and advise leaders on organizational design strategies to improve engagement and effectiveness.

You will translate business priorities into high-impact HR initiatives and drive global talent planning with cross-border partners. You will collaborate with senior leaders, develop culture and inclusion programs, and create narratives that influence business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
6+ years of human resources experience.
Experience coaching executives and leaders.
Strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Coach executive clients and advise on organizational design and leadership development.
Design and deliver talent solutions to business problems.
Advise executives on culture, inclusion, and employee engagement strategies.
Write strategic narratives on organizational health and talent planning.
Develop and implement global talent strategies with cross-border HR partners.
Drive career development, retention, and recognition programs.
Interface with senior leaders and influence business decisions.
Translate business priorities into impactful HR initiatives.
Manage multiple priorities while moving initiatives forward.
Collaborate on international HR projects and programs.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
